Pro-McConnell Super PAC Releases Radio Ad on Grimes’ Warren Buffett Fundraiser

Obama donor Buffett closed Fruit of the Loom in Jamestown; shipped 600 KY jobs to Honduras Grimes scheduled a fundraiser with Buffett hoping Kentuckians wouldn’t notice. Well, we did.

(Louisville) Kentuckians for Strong Leadership, a Section 527 Super PAC, is releasing a new radio ad exposing the fundraiser Alison Grimes scheduled with billionaire Obama donor Warren Buffett, last seen in Kentucky closing Fruit of the Loom in Jamestown and shipping the 600 jobs to Honduras.

As Breitbart News reported, the Grimes campaign sent out an invitation to the event with the Grimes logo at the top and a disclaimer at the bottom clearly stating that the event was “Paid for by Alison for Kentucky.” Once the Grimes campaign was caught, they tried to claim they had nothing to do with it.

The invitation says otherwise. View it here:

“So, to be clear, Warren Buffett gives a bunch of money to Barack Obama, ships 600 Kentucky jobs to Honduras, and Alison Grimes’ reaction is to schedule a fundraiser with him. Got it,” said Scott Jennings, senior advisor to Kentuckians for Strong Leadership. “We are informing the people of Jamestown and South Central Kentucky about Grimes’ priorities, which apparently lie with Obama’s billionaires instead of the Kentucky workers who lost their jobs.”
